ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
Our individual sessions provide the best opportunity for you to invest in yourself.
We have closed our physical studio location but will be offering our classes and 1:1s virtually. To join us, just book a 1:1 session below as you normally would. Don't worry which studio it's at as we will send you a link so that we can work with you remotely. We promise you don't need any technical knowledge, it's super simply and we'll happily call you to talk you through the process!
1:1 Sessions form a solid and supportive introduction to our specialist Pilates equipment and your body.. All with the professional guidance of a dedicated teacher who will provide you with a movement plan, designed specifically for your needs. We will teach you a more efficient way of moving, helping to restore quality of movement so that you can get back to doing all the things you love in life. The perfect place to start if you have rehab needs, or are looking to join our Pilates Equipped classes.

WHY HAVE A 1:1 SESSION?
If you have a medical referral or are in pain, then you are required to attend a 1:1 Session (60 mins) with us first.
This allows us to focus solely on you; accessing your posture, level of movement and any specific factors surrounding your condition.
The result will be a tailored rehabilitation plan that we can move forward with together. This may include further 1:1 Sessions, group classes, or a balance of both.
In your first session we will discuss your health history and goals in detail, so we therefore ask you start with a 60 mins 1:1 Session.
We also ask that you attend a 1:1 Session (or one of our Beginner Equipment Workshops) prior to joining our Pilates Equipped classes.
2:1 sessions are perfect if you and your partner/friend are looking for a focussed session where one instructor will guide you both through the equipment, whilst catering for your individual needs.
