client experience & wellbeing advisor

Location: Bristol - Paintworks or Bishopston
Hours: 2 - 5 days
Start Date: Flexible

Pay: £15 per hour + bonuses + free studio membership 
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Client Experience & Wellbeing Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and returning clients. You’ll speak with people over the phone, by email, and in person – welcoming them into our space and helping them find the right class, teacher, or program to meet their goals.
This role is part customer service, part sales – but really, it’s all about people. We’re not looking for someone to push products. We’re looking for someone who can ask thoughtful questions, read between the lines, and guide people with honesty and calm confidence.
You’ll also support the smooth running of the studio behind the scenes – keeping things organised, creating a calm environment, and helping our clients feel held from the moment they walk through the door.
WHO THIS MIGHT SUIT

  • Using our booking system (Momence or similar) to manage schedules, payments, and studio operations
  • Following up with new clients to check they feel supporte
  • Helping the studio stay calm, clean, and beautifully run
  • Working closely with our teachers and leadership team to ensure clients have the best possible experience
  • Supporting our wider wellbeing mission with ideas, heart, and initiative

Marketing Manager - Maternity Cover (freelance)

Location: Bristol - Paintworks, Bishopston or Home

ABOUT THE ROLE
​We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join Soul Pilates on a freelance contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hands-on role supporting our CEO and guiding our Marketing Assistant to deliver impactful, brand-aligned campaigns.

You’ll lead the creation and execution of a strategic marketing plan, working closely with our trusted design team and in-house support to bring ideas to life. We’re looking for someone who thrives on planning and implementation, knows what good looks like across digital and brand marketing, and can confidently direct others while rolling up their sleeves too.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Developing and managing a high-level marketing plan for Soul Pilates and Soul Education
  • Supporting and overseeing our Marketing Assistant, ensuring tasks are aligned, timely and on-brand
  • Collaborating with our design partners to bring campaigns and content to life
  • Owning key marketing channels (email, web, social) and ensuring consistency across all
  • Updating the website as needed (via platforms like WordPress or Weebly)
  • Creating and sending email campaigns using CRM tools (like Mailchimp or similar)
  • Contributing ideas to support studio events, course enrolment, and brand storytelling
  • Working closely with the CEO to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business goals

REQUIREMENTS:
At Soul Pilates, we believe in the transformative power of Pilates as a comprehensive mind-body practice. As a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, you will have the opportunity to guide individuals of all fitness levels through a variety of Pilates equipment including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/ Trapeze Table, Chair, and more.

  • Comprehensive training and certification in Pilates, encompassing Mat, Reformer and apparatus work.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
