Having suffered with many injuries as a dancer in her earlier years, Helen has a first hand experience of the healing power of Pilates and Yoga and uses this to truly help every client tackle pain in the body. She has taught in numerous studios from Dubai, London, Toronto, Abu Dhabi and Bristol and over the years has learnt that no size fits all, so in every class and session you can expect individual attention and care to ensure everyone comes out of class feeling recharged and re-energised. |

Barre Felicity first immersed herself into the Barre phenomenon in 2014 whilst living in Sydney, and loved the creativity and flow of blending yoga, Pilates and ballet into one full body workout. She immediately saw the most amazing results in terms of strength and fitness and decided to retrain as an instructor with Australia's leading Barre studios, Barre Body, in 2017. Felicity loves to focus on seamlessly choreographed full body workouts that tick all the boxes - flexibility, core strength, toning, mindfulness and gentle cardio - all alongside a carefully curated and fun playlist. |

But, now is very excited to share her love of movement with Bristol where she has settled with her partner, baby boy, two step children and her crazy sausage dog. You can expect to learn and have lots of fun in her sessions - plus, she finds teaching new Pilates students her absolute favourite! |
