Having enjoyed Pilates from both a fitness and rehabilitation perspective, Freya loves to support her clients to take what they need from their workouts for the body and the mind. She aims to leave you feeling empowered and postive... perhaps as if you've spent a little bit of time basking in the Aussie sunshine!

Amanda discovered Pilates while working as a pastry chef and was drawn to its blend of strength, balance, and precision - echoing her background in ballet and contemporary dance.

Her classes blend classical Pilates with modern biomechanics and a sense of playfulness, emphasising breath, fluid movement, and joyful exploration. Also a passionate yogi and climber, Amanda holds certifications in multiple yoga styles. When not teaching, she loves baking on rainy days and rock climbing by the sea on sunny ones!​

Her goal is to empower individuals to feel stronger, move with ease, and enjoy each session. Katharine’s approach blends technical precision with warmth and playfulness, leaving clients feeling confident and energised both in and out of the studio.
Bella recently relocated to Bristol from the Gold Coast, Australia, where she taught Reformer Pilates and Yin Yoga. She first experienced Reformer in 2020 and immediately appreciated how empowered, balanced and strong it made her feel - a discovery that led her to complete her teaching certification in 2021 so she could guide others to similar transformation.

In her classes, Bella invites clients to listen deeply to their bodies and move in a way that is both supportive and challenging. With clear, thoughtful instruction and a welcoming atmosphere, her goal is to help you leave feeling stronger, more aware and intimately connected to how your body moves.
