Since we opened in 2015, founder Nic's focus and passion has been on enhancing wellbeing through a mindful movement experience like no other via her two Pilates Equipment and Reformer studios in Bristol and Soul Retreats in the UK.

Working with the best Pilates, fitness and movement teachers as well as leading wellbeing experts in the industry, Soul Pilates delivers classes, workshops and retreats that not only inspire and challenge, but which as a result, enable those who attend to live life more freely in a body that works for you, for life.

 Our Bishopston studio in situated in the stunning former Bristol North Baths on Gloucester Road and is the home to our Reformer Pilates offering. Expect a beautiful airy space with dreamy classes and expert teachers.

Our City Centre studio is on the corner of Queen Square housing two dedicated studio spaces: one for Equipment based Pilates and one for Mat based classes. Our first home and certainly the birthplace of Soul.

Private Sessions | Reformer Pilates 
Our first South Bristol studio and second dedicated Reformer Studio space in Bristol. Located in Paintworks, Brislington, this 12 Reformer studio is just a 5-10 minute walk from the local areas Knowle, Brislington & Totterdown.

A beautifully light, dedicated Reformer and Private Pilates space, offering plenty of space, storage, toilet and shower facilities. Free and paid for parking a stone throw from the studio, plus plenty of bike racks available.
