INTRO OFFERS

Our Class Intro offer provides you access to all of our studios and classes. We do recommend if you are brand new to Equipment or Reformer classes you attended our beginner classes or bolt on a 1:1 session (for £50) before jumping into other class levels. Our Private session Intro offer can also be booked at any of our studios.

Once you have selected your intro package, we will be in touch to help get you set up and booked into your first class or 1:1 session. 
This is a great chance to explore a few of our classes and teachers before deciding on which membership package is best for you. Valid for 2 weeks from the date of your first class.
Start here if you are looking for a bespoke programme, with 1:1 focus on your body and goals in a private setting. Valid for 4 weeks from the date of your first session.

Looking to get started with a friend? Try our ​Private 2:1 Intro | £179. Valid for 4 weeks ​
This is for you if you want some 1:1 guidance alongside classes. Start with a private 60 minute 1:1 session before enjoying any 3 of our Equipment and/or Reformer classes.  Valid for 4 weeks from the date of your first session.

Join any class at any studio with a single drop in pass £30. Note, if you are looking to join our Equipment Circuit classes you will need to complete a 1:1 or have prior experience in our Beginner classes or at another studio.

OUR CLASSES

Brand New to Reformer Pilates?
Try Reformer: Beginners - a great place to start if you are brand new. Giving you the chance to work through all the fundamentals of Reformer is a safe and supportive environment. We recommend 3-5 of these before moving onto Align. 

Love Traditional Pilates? 
Book into one of our Equipment Classes. Offering 3 levels, Beginner (Level 0), Align (Level 1) and Evolve (Level 2). These small group classes offer a full-body workout incorporating all of the Pilates Equipment (Trapeze, Chair, Barrel and Reformer). A unique and dynamic workout designed to strength and support your body for life. Find out more HERE.

A Fundamentals Class for all Levels...
Try Reformer: Align classes!  This all levels class is a great place to refine and grow your understanding of the fundamentals. It is also a great place if you have been moving a while, but want a really nourishing class to bring you back into the body and work on the core strategies of Reformer Pilates. 

A More Challenging Class for Intermediate and Advanced Members? 
Our Evolve class (Level 2) is the next progression on from our Align classes, it builds a little more pace and dynamic variation in the movements allowing you to tap into the Intermediate Pilates Repertoire. Having a confident understanding of the fundamentals from our Align classes means you will truly feel the benefits of this flowing class.​

Our Empower class (Level 3) takes it even further, with more challenge, balance work and strength to really take it to the next level of the Advanced Pilates Repertoire! You need to feel strong, be injury free and feel super confident at Evolve before you try our Empower class. 

More Tempo, More Heat?
Try Reformer: Uplift (Level 1-2) - a fundamentals jumpboard based Reformer class with a kick of cardio tempo throughout.
