At Soul we do Barre a little differently. We focus on Form and Functional Somatic Based Movement alongside the Burn and Glow that Barre is famous for, so that you have a challenging workout that sits perfectly alongside our Soul Reformer Pilates classes. This is a standing, full body workout that utilises our studio barre for a supportive strength based class.
1:1 sessions and 2:1 sessions form a solid and supportive introduction to Pilates and your body and are perfect if you are looking for Pilates to help with rehabilitation.
Under the professional guidance of a dedicated expert teacher you will be provided with a movement plan, designed specifically for your needs.
