The class that does it all - focused on alignment, strength and balance. We believe in the importance of building a solid foundation and have designed this class so that you can achieve proper alignment, technique and enjoy a more mindful Reformer practice.
Moving through the foundations of Reformer Pilates, this class is perfect for anyone wanting to really focus on mastering each movement, whilst getting a full-body workout that will increase flexibility and build deep strength and stability.

REFORMER: BOUNCE (level 2-3)
Invigorate, sculpt and shape
A class to empower you whilst challenging the full body. Up the tempo and feel a new challenge in our cardio-focused, whole body Reformer workout. Reformer Bounce utilises the spring-loaded reformer and jump board to focus on strength, power and precision.
Expect a combination of the muscle strengthening, body lengthening, fluid sequences you love about our Reformer Align with just the right amount of intensity, creativity to challenge your fitness and leave you feeling invigorated (and perhaps a little sweaty!)
REFORMER: TONE (all levels)
Sweat, smile, repeat
A creative fusion class combining the beat of Barre with the power of Reformer.
Blending Pilates precision with fitness and Barre drills that will get your heart pumping, this class will really challenge and strengthen your whole body. Expect to bounce, plank, pulse, shake, smile and repeat.
REFORMER: RENEW (all levels)
Slow Flow & Strengthen
A beautifully balanced class, blending Yoga flows and Pilates Reformer for a deep stretch and strengthening class
A new class for 2021, we bring our method of intelligent Pilates Reformer movement and combine it with the wonderful flow of Yoga. We combine these amazing disciplines with our deep understanding of the body, meditation and movement in harmony with the breath.
REFORMER: ALIGN BEGINNERS
Learn, strengthen & build confidence
Our Align classes are are open to all abilities, new and experienced, but if you are brand new to reformer, want to refresh your practice or are looking to build a little more confidence before starting classes, we recommend booking onto our Saturday morning Align class.
A slower paced class, this class is perfect for those new (or newish) to Reformer Pilates, providing a solid introduction to the foundations of Reformer and correct technique whilst providing you with a full-body workout.
New to Pilates Reformer?
Try Reformer Align. If you are brand new and want to build confidence with the equipment you can also attend our Beginners Align class.
Love Pilates Matwork?
Try Mat Pilates Fundamentals class for a full body, low impact lengthening and strengthen class with a Soul twist.
Love the Reformer and Pilates and want a uptempo workout?
