ABOUT OUR MAT MOVEMENT CLASSES
AVAILABLE ONLINE
Our timetable offers a mindful mix of online group sessions, exploring movement through Pilates and beyond. All cater for varying levels of experience, ensuring you get the best out of your session. We still aim to keep our group sizes small so that our expert teachers can give you the support, hands-on corrections and attention you deserve.
Each session runs for 60 minutes, or 45 minutes during lunchtime, giving you time to get back to your desk (and back to your best) in no time. Currently all our classes are running online. The studio is open for 1:1s and 2:1s however. |
ABOUT OUR ONLINE CLASSES
You can move online with us in two ways. One is to book into a live class via a class block, which you can do by booking a class via our timetable page.
Another way is to join us via our online Pilates platform MoveBetter.TV which contains hundreds of pre-recorded and live classes alongside month long movement plans where we support and guide you through different movement principles. Classes range from 15 - 60 minutes. You get your first 14-days free as a trial and then it's only £19.99 per month. |

OUR PILATES MATWORK GROUP CLASSES:
PILATES MATWORK: FUNDAMENTALS •
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance throughout the entire body. In our mat-based classes, you will move mindfully through a range of movement that focuses on core strength, balance and full-body alignment to provide an invigorating movement experience. This Level 1 class is perfect for complete Pilates beginners, or those with previous experience who wish to continue focus on the fundamental principles of Pilates. |
PILATES MATWORK: EVOLVE ••
We build upon the foundations of Pilates to help you evolve your strength. You will now feel familiar with the Pilates principles and want to pick up the pace and challenge your body and mind in new ways. This Level 2 class is great for those with previous Pilates experience. |
PILATES MATWORK: PRE & POST
NATAL o We support your body as it changes through pregnancy (12+ weeks) and as it journeys through recovery. We have two specialist studios situated in the City Centre and in Bishopston, allowing us to offer an expansive range of sessions that cater for those working pre and post-natally across Mat, Equipment and Reformer either in group sessions or a private 1:1 setting. |

You can purchase a block of classes to use at your leisure or if you plan on coming more than four times per month you can become a Soul Member which gives you the best class prices and access to both our studios, provide savings as well as flexibility. alongside other benefits You’re not fixed to attending the same class every week.
