PRIVATE PILATES PARTIES

Our beautifully equipped Bishopston & Paintworks studio is the perfect location for private, small group wellness sessions. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, looking for something different to do with friends or planning a Hen Party.

​Our 60 or 90 min private "Soul Experiences" include:
  • Exclusive use of our Bishopston studio space for up to 12 people.
  • A blend of Pilates movement (all levels catered for), mindfulness techniques, breath work and meditation.

REFORMER & EQUIPMENT | BEGINNER CLASSES

An entry level class, which is perfect for anyone wanting to go at a slower pace with more support and guidance on the Fundamentals of Pilates Reformer or Equipment. Ideal if you're new, feeling a little nervous or wanting to refresh your reformer knowledge after some time out. 

Focused on Alignment, Strength and Balance, this class will help move your body in a safe and supported way.  We strongly believe in helping you to build a solid foundation and have designed this class to help you achieve proper alignment and technique so you can feel confident in your body and enjoy a more mindful Reformer practice.
