Pilates really is one of the most versatile methods of exercise out there and when we say it is for everyone, it really is.

In one day we work with a range of clients from world class athletes to individuals rehabilitating from injury or individuals looking to boost their health and strength. In fact we've often had some of our most loyal client tell us before Soul they literally were allergic to exercise!

Most people start Pilates, because someone told them to to help manage pain, injury or improve performance, but they stay because of how energised it makes them feel.
