We have two specialist studios (our Loft Studio and our Equipment Studio) that allow us to offer an expansive range of sessions that cater for pure beginners to Pilates pros in group classes and tailored 1:1s. All are guaranteed to get your brain working and your body moving!
We’ve invested in an advanced Pilates studio, fully equipped with apparatus designed to support precise movement and provide physical feedback to aid rehabilitation.

Pilates Equipped Classes
Group sessions of up to 8, with a range of classes designed with different degrees of difficulty in mind, ensuring you’re suitably challenged but never over-stretched. In each class you will work across each piece of Pilates equipment so you experience a full body and mind workout like no other!
Pilates Equipped: Fundamentals •
We establish the pure principles. A great place for beginners to start, once they've met the class pre-requisites (see below for these!).
Pilates Equipped: Evolve ••
We add layers onto the fundamental principles. A great place to move your practice on a level.
Pilates Equipped: Flow+ •••
We advance, moving more masterfully. Challenge yourself in this flowing class with more movement and more movement strategies to master.
The perfect group setting for those with more complex rehab needs. Allowing you to move on from 1:1s by working thought your own personalised movement plan which will have been set in a 1:1 session.
These intimate sessions of only 4 mean you get lots of expert hand-on tuition from our experts allowing you to continue, supported, with your rehab journey.
Individual sessions purpose-built for targeting specific needs such as pain management and rehabilitation.
We can arrange sessions around your schedule as we offer sessions from 7am until 9pm most days.

Booking Your Class:
All of our classes can be booked and paid for online via: the website (or if you're on mobile the MindBody app by purchasing a block of classes or a Soul Pilates Monthly Pass • via MoveGB (if you're a MoveGB member).
To ensure everyone feels confident and competent in our 'Pilates Equipped' equipment studio classes, you’ll need to attend a 1:1 session first or complete one of our monthly, 2-hour beginners workshops, ‘The Soul Experience’, which offers a wonderful introduction to moving mindfully through matwork and equipment.
