We advise you to start with our intro 3 x 1:1 package, giving you 25% off your first three sessions. Three sessions is a perfect instruction and will really allow you to feel the results of our approach for yourself.
In your first 1:1 session we will be assessing your movement. Literally getting you on our equipment to see how you body moves in functional movement patterns so we can gauge why and where the pain is because causes from - because it usually not in the place where you’re feeling the pain.
Session 2 and 3 will then be carefully created for you to teach you how to create more space, ease and efficiency in those areas so you can literally walk out of the studio feeling something completely new in your body.
