ONLINE MAT BASED CLASSES
Join us virtually in our live classes where we still focus on your form, precision and fun flowing movement.
Our studios host a mindful mix of group sessions, exploring movement through Pilates and beyond. All cater for varying levels of experience, ensuring you get the best out of your session.
We keep our group sizes small so that our expert teachers can give you the support, hands-on corrections and attention you deserve.
Each session runs for 60 minutes, or 50 minutes during lunchtime, giving you time to get back to your desk (and back to your best) in no time.
If you'd like to join one of our props based classes you can easily and cheaply buy props via our online store and as well as our live props classes we also have lots of videos on how to use them on our YouTube channel so they'll get plenty of use, both now and in the future!
We really are loving seeing you in class each week and are aiming to keep our timetable dynamic so we can give you the very best Pilates has to offer, just as we aim to do in the physical studio.

All of our classes can be booked and paid for online via: • Our website • a MoveGB membership • a Soul Pilates Monthly Pass.
If you plan on coming more than twice a week, purchasing a block of classes through our ‘Soul Pilates Pass’ can provide savings as well as flexibility. You’re not fixed to attending the same class every week. Giving you the freedom to try different movement styles, and book sessions around your body, mood and schedule.
We also run a monthly 2-hour monthly beginners workshop, ‘The Soul Pilates Experience’, which offers a wonderful introduction to moving mindfully through matwork and equipment.
