We recognise the benefits that running can offer the body and mind and we look to keep both healthy in our run club.
We begin each session with a dynamic warm up and technical drills to ensure you’re moving well and truly ready to run. Expect a relaxed atmosphere and an enjoyable run around Bristol’s harbourside.
We’ll be aiming to run up to 4km with plenty of breaks for technical refreshers.
And why not book in to Soul Yoga at 7pm for a full cool down, stretch and relax straight after run club.

This is a friendly, informal running club where we will mix the technique of running alongside some spectacular Bristol views. It doesn't matter if you're a complete novice looking to run your first minute or a seasoned runner, we will plan a route, some running drills and top it off with some chats in-between!
Each run costs just £5, and is also open to MoveGB members.
