At Soul we have become known for teaching quality movement which can be taken into all the activities you love in life such as running, hiking, horse riding and more.
That's why we've lovingly created even more class experiences where you can take our concept of mindful movement and see how it translates into a more cardio experience, or a class which isn't mat based. Below you will find a selection of classes where we're searched long and hard to find the perfect instructor to bring you a movement experience like no other.
As with all our Loft Studio classes, we keep our numbers small to a maximum of 8 or 10 people per class. This allows us to create a truly personalised class experience with hands on correction and expert cueing.

Soul Barre Classes
We blend ballet-inspired barre work with the precision of Pilates, providing a standing full-body workout that will get your thighs burning. Expect to dance out of class with your fitness and mood lifted. Open to all levels.
Soul Yoga Classes
We combine our deep understanding of the body, with meditation and movement in harmony with the breath. Because we believe it’s not just about getting in to poses, but how you get there. Open to all levels.
We fuse an empowering mix of Pilates, yoga, high intensity training and strength work to provide a fun and sweaty class that’s far from your average workout! It’s sure to raise a smile as well as your heart rate. Expect to leave feeling stronger than ever before. Open to all levels,
We recognise the benefits running has to offer your body and mind, and this class looks to keep both healthy. We start with a dynamic warm up sequence then hit the streets, focussing on technique every step of the way. Open to all levels.
