Blending Ballet with Pilates for a full-body standing workout
Wednesdays 6pm, Fridays 5:30pm
We blend ballet-inspired barre work with the technique of Pilates, providing a standing full-body workout that will get your thighs burning. Expect to dance out of class with your fitness and mood lifted.
These classes are small, with a maximum of 8 clients, so that we can really teach you how to move well so that you can get the most out of your Soul Barre workout. We create a fun, relaxed environment so that you can work your body, calm your mind and ensure you're full of belly laughs.
