ABOUT SOUL BARRE CLASSES

Our signature Strengthening Fusion classes provide a standing, full body workout that blends ballet inspired Barre work with the precision of Pilates techniques to target those hard to reach muscles. Expect upbeat music, a strong emphasis on legs and glutes, but also core and upper body work to help strength and lengthen the body whilst encouraging good posture and technique.
Our specialist group classes run for 55 minutes, in small groups with lots of hands on correction and expert cuing. Expect to dance out of class with your fitness and mood lifted (and your thighs burning!). Open to all levels.
