With classes running seven days a week, expert instructors, and free on-site parking, we make it easy to build strength, improve posture, and feel incredible - all just a short walk from Knowle, Brislington, and Totterdown.

​Parking:
We offer a range of convenient parking options to make your visit as smooth as possible. A limited number of free parking spaces are available on-site at Paintworks for those who arrive early. If these are full, there’s a larger nearby car park adjacent to this with paid parking available. We also have plenty of bike racks available outside the front of the building.

There is a bus stop on Bath Road, directly outside of Paintworks, which is served by the following buses: 1, 39, x39, 522, 349.
