Our first South Bristol studio and second dedicated Reformer Studio space in Bristol. Located in Paintworks, Brislington, this 12 Reformer studio is just a 5-10 minute walk from the local areas Knowle, Brislington & Totterdown.

A beautifully light, dedicated Reformer and Private Pilates space, offering plenty of space, storage, toilet and shower facilities. Free on-site parking, plus plenty of bike racks available directly outside the studio.

Our Paintworks Studio offers private 1:1 & 2:1 sessions, plus 4 different levels of Reformer Classes morning, lunchtime and evenings, 7 days a week.

REFORMER PILATES
Our signature group Reformer classes at Soul Pilates offer 5 different class styles and levels to suit all movement needs.

​From our fundamentals Reformer: Beginners class to more upbeat Reformer: Uplift and our Level 2 Evolve class - we have a style, time and level to suit all needs and scheudles.
PRIVATE  SESSIONS
1:1 & 2:1 sessions form a solid and supportive introduction to Pilates and your body and are perfect if you are looking for Pilates to help with rehabilitation and ongoing pain.

​Under the professional guidance of a dedicated expert teacher, you will be provided with a movement plan, designed specifically for your needs.
PRIVATE EVENTS
From hen parties, to corporate classes to support your wellness, we can provide you and your group with private events in our studio.

There is free parking a stone's throw from the studio within the Paintworks site, plus plenty of bike racks available outside the front of the building.

There is also a bus stop on Bath Road, directly outside of Paintworks, which is served by the following buses: 1, 39, x39, 522, 349.
