A beautifully light, dedicated Reformer and Private Pilates space, offering plenty of space, storage, toilet and shower facilities. Free and paid for parking a stone throw from the studio, plus plenty of bike racks available.

Our signature group Reformer classes at Soul Pilates offer 5 different class styles and levels to suit all movement needs.

​From our fundamentals Reformer: Beginners class to more upbeat Reformer: Uplift and our Level 2 Evolve class - we have a style, time and level to suit all needs and scheudles.
1:1 / 2:1  SESSIONS
1:1 & 2:1 sessions form a solid and supportive introduction to Pilates and your body and are perfect if you are looking for Pilates to help with rehabilitation and ongoing pain.

​Under the professional guidance of a dedicated expert teacher, you will be provided with a movement plan, designed specifically for your needs.
