We have two specialist studios (our Loft Studio and our Equipment Studio) that allow us to offer an expansive range of sessions that cater for pure beginners to Pilates pros. All are guaranteed to get your brain working and your body moving!
Our Equipment Studio Classes
Pilates Equipped Classes:
Group sessions of up to 6 working across each piece of Pilates Equipment (reformer, trapeze table, chair, barrel, ooo and more!) with a range of classes designed with different degrees of difficulty in mind, ensuring you’re suitably challenged but never over-stretched.

Studio Club Classes:
Intimate sessions perfect for those who want to progress in a group environment but with their own personalised movement plan, sharing the studio with others in a small club up to 4, under the supervision of our experts.

Beginner's Guide to Soul Pilates
We run a monthly 2.5-hour introductory workshop, 'The Soul Pilates Experience, A Beginner's Guide Pilates'.
Here we guide you through the Pilates principles on the Mat, followed by a one hour class in our Equipment studio working through each piece of Pilates Equipment including the reformer.
This is the perfect way to join our Pilates Equipped group classes.
