Studio owner & Equipment, Mat, Pre & post natal Pilates instructor
Nic is the owner of Soul Pilates and a former Marketing Director who understands both the pressures of a hectic working life and the need to fit exercise in around other priorities. She is a qualified Polestar Comprehensive Studio Instructor with over 12 years Pilates experiences and a background in Personal Training and Reiki.
Nic teaches Mat and Equipment classes as well as focusing on rehab based private sessions (on Monday and Friday daytime), specialising in chronic pain, within the equipment studio. Having recovered from neck and ankle surgery, she understands the frustration of wanting to be pain free and getting back to full fitness, and through Pilates she learned to move her body efficiently again and looks to use this same approach with her clients.

Anna brings a wealth of experience to the studio. Having trained with the Franklin Method as well as being a Comprehensively Trained Polestar Pilates Instructor, Anna works the mind and body in unison, unravelling tension and compression in a relaxed manner.
Anna is available for private sessions on Monday afternoons.
Pilates & BARRE instructor
Olivia is a professional contemporary dancer and Stott Pilates Matwork instructor. During her dance training, Pilates was a way for her to stay physically in shape, mentally grounded and prevent injury.
Her approach is primarily in keeping the core strong so that the body can follow its natural alignment, connecting and energising the breath to every movement and opening up the whole body by strengthening, extending and stretching. A focus is kept on working everyone to their own ability, but challenging them to achieve small and large goals, be it from injury, to self-confidence.
Caroline (Carrie) Fick
Mat Pilates InsTRuctor
Carrie became a Pilates addict when she moved from London to Bristol 7 years ago.
Having previously worked in Marketing, she also understands how Pilates can help re- balance and align the body and mind after a busy day.
Trained with Polestar Pilates in Mat and Mat with Props, Carrie believes that Pilates is a system that can create lasting change for freedom of movement. She loves bringing a holistic and varied approach to teaching so that everyone can experience the benefits of Pilates for themselves.

Nickola brings a wealth of experience to the Soul Pilates studio having worked in some of the world's leading Pilates studios. She is a qualified Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Studio Instructor, having also trained with other Pilates training schools, including Body Control. Nickola is our Pre and Post-Natal specialist as well as specialising in working with rehab clients, in particular those with Scoliosis.
Nickola has worked in movement for over 30 years in the form of Yoga and later Pilates and brings new ways of thinking to your body and mind via movements concept from learned from many schools of movement science. Nickola teaches our Mat and Equipment Classes and is available for private sessions Wednesday through to Saturday.

Alice is a choreographer, dancer and Pilates Equipment and Mat instructor who trained with Alan Herdman. She has a first class BA (HONS) degree in Dance and Choreography from Falmouth University.
Alice looks to bring fluidity to your movement through thoughtful cues in a fun environment.
Alice teaches classes throughout the week and is available for private sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7am.
EQUIPMENT & MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Andrea developed a passion for movement at a very young age through ballet and gymnastics and all the outdoor activities available at her doorstep in New Mexico. After settling in the UK she soon started attending sessions at her local studio, where she discovered a love of all things Pilates.
In 2015 she began her comprehensive training through Polestar Pilates in London and has spent the last two years building up her knowledge of the mat and equipment repertoire. As an avid cyclist, Andrea understands the importance of being able to take the knowledge from the studio into everyday life, especially since experiencing first-hand the positive impact that Pilates has on both mind and body.
Helen is our amazing studio receptionist who answers all your calls and emails. As a former client, Helen has worked with us through rehabilitation in private sessions and later in group classes so she's got her own experience of the benefits of restoring functional movement and what Soul Pilates can do.

Leanne is an Education and Community Dance Practitioner with over 15yrs teaching experience. Movement has always played a vital role in her life and she has practiced Pilates alongside dance for over 12 years, including using it to rehab her ankle after injury during professional training. Comprehensively trained with Polestar Pilates, Leanne seeks to enable clients to come out of their heads and back into their bodies, finding balance and happiness in the skin you are in.
Leanne teaches Mat and Equipment classes as well as private sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays until 9pm and Thursday mornings.
Equipment & mat PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Anthony is a qualified Polestar Matwork Instructor with a background in personal training. He is now working towards his Comprehensive qualification so you will be seeing more of him in the Equipment studio. He will ensure you have a full body workout, leaving you feeling invigorated with new strategies for movement and better health.
Mat & reformer PILATES & BARRE INSTRUCTOR
Katherine is a professional dancer, dance teacher - with a background in Ballet - and also a STOTT trained Pilates Instructor in Matwork and Reformer. Katherine teaches our Soul Ballet Barre classes fusing together Pilates work into a standing, ballet inspired session as well as our Pilates with Props class which aims to challenge using the Pilates props.
